His surreal, otherworldly artwork wraps albums by Magnum, Asia, Nazareth, Thin Lizzy and Praying Mantis, turning record sleeves into windows on strange worlds. When you picture epic '70s and '80s fantasy rock, you're picturing Rodney Matthews.
