Where we ship
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail. Select your country at checkout and postage will be calculated automatically.
Carrier
All orders ship via Royal Mail. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can always check your order's status on our Track Order page.
Postage costs
CDs and Vinyl are charged separately, and the cost per item drops the more you order of that format — order enough of one format and shipping for it becomes free:

Ordering both CDs and Vinyl? Each format is calculated independently using the table above, then added together. Gold-tier Steel Shards members get free shipping on every order, regardless of quantity.
International postage
For orders outside the UK, a flat per-shipment rate applies based on your zone:

EU customers please note:We ship from the UK and do not collect VAT at checkout. You may be required to pay your country's local VAT plus a postal handling fee (typically €8–€15) before delivery. If you refuse the package, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Dispatch times
Orders are typically packed and handed to Royal Mail within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll get an email the moment your order ships.
Preorders & backorders
Preordered releases ship as soon as they're released and we receive stock. Backordered items (paid for while temporarily out of stock) ship as soon as we're restocked — we'll email you the moment your order is on its way. If your order mixes in-stock and backordered items, it ships together once everything is available.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel seems lost, get in touch via our contact page with your order number and we'll chase it up with Royal Mail.
