Frost* are a British progressive rock band formed by keyboardist, songwriter and producer Jem Godfrey, who is joined by long-serving guitarist and vocalist John Mitchell. Known for blending intricate progressive metal and rock arrangements with polished melodic sensibilities and modern electronic textures, the group have built a devoted following across the prog scene.
